Tina Ball is the Founder and Director of Strength HQ, President of Olympic Weightlifting Auckland, current New Zealand Commonwealth Olympic Weight Lifting Coach (since 2010) and International Masters Pilates Instructor/Trainer.
Tina’s unique ability to unlock peoples' inner motivation helping them win gold on the world stage is unprecedented and has been crafted from her many decades of experience in the fitness industry.
Tina was one of the first people to set up education focused purely on fitness and has won a number of awards for her dedication to the fitness industry including the New Zealand Inaugural Award for outstanding services to the fitness industry and Life Member Award (Olympic Weightlifting)
