Matthew White is currently a Tutor with NZIHF and also runs Barefoot Loco which focuses on improving the performance of CrossFit athletes via programming and nutrition coaching. Matt studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science on the Gold Coast where he developed a passion for helping people perform at their highest through work experience in Strength and Conditioning.
Matt utilises the most effective methods available and continuously learns from the best in the industry (such as Ed Coan and Ido Portal) so he can transfer that knowledge to others. He enjoys being upside-down in a handstand while training and then re-fuelling with a burger.
