Shaun Bowe

Shaun Bowe is currently a Course Writer and Tutor at NZIHF, based in Christchurch. After graduating from the University of Otago with a Bachelor in Physical Education, Shaun entered the world of Personal Training, played representative rugby at regional level and then tackled scrum coaching.

After years of abusing his body by playing in the front row, Shaun took an interest in getting himself moving correctly (and pain free) again. Through years of researching and experiences, Shaun now works to pass on his knowledge to the fitness industry.

If there was a Yoda in training assisted stretching and mobility & stability, it would be Shaun.
