I believe that having an adequate base-line fitness level is essential for good health and well-being, both physically and mentally. Exercise has such a fundamental effect on all aspects of life but is so often over-looked. Having been involved in the sport and fitness industry for over a decade, I feel I have the experience and knowledge to help students achieve their goals. NZIHF was my first choice, as I find their courses have a great balance of theory and practical application. I'm here to help you learn, and hopefully have a bit of fun while doing it!

I try and take a holistic approach to study and exercise in general. Although I have my areas of expertise, I strive to continue learning and evolving with the industry. I realise we all have different approaches to study, and I'm here to help find what strategies and approaches work best for you.
